I created R.E.P.S. from my own experience with adversity, recovery, and personal growth. After losing my left leg, I had to rebuild my strength one repetition at a time. Every workout, every difficult day, and every small step forward taught me that progress doesn’t happen all at once. It happens through consistent reps.
That lesson became the foundation of this brand.
What does R.E.P.S. stand for?
R — Resilience
